When I first started publishing my quilting books, I never imagined having my own fabric line.
And now here we are, 36 years later, and I have designed 10 fabric lines with another line coming out soon! Benartex, Inc. and I collaborated to design “Anniversary Florals” in 1998. This fabric line was showcased in “Grandmother’s Garden Quilt” book.

With the overwhelming success of this line, Rainbow Florals was introduced in 2001. I designed 6 color ways consisting of large-scale prints, floral strips, checks, and tone on tone prints.

A third line of fabric, Yours Truly, Eleanor Burns and Yours Truly Holiday debuted in May, 2003.

Since then, I have designed 5 additional fabric collections for Benartex including Magic Vine, Victory Garden, True Blue and Perennials, Perennials II, Perennials Wide, Ellie Ann and now a new line that is going to be named Zoey Christine.

I have seen so many beautiful projects and quilts made with my fabric lines throughout the years, I am very happy to see that you all enjoy my designs.

Benartex is going to give my Ellie Ann line a “make-over”, giving me a chance to add a little zest to my new fabric line.
Want to hear a funny story?

My Ellie Ann fabric line is named after my oldest granddaughter, Eleanor Ann, one of Grant’s daughters. When I was brainstorming about what I would name my new fabric line, Orion pipes in and says ” Zoey Christine! We will name the new fabric line Zoey Christine!”
Zoey Christine is my youngest granddaughter, one of Orion’s daughters.
I couldn’t be anymore happier naming my new fabric line after another grandchild!

I am excited about my new fabric line coming out soon.I have a few saturated colors that will appeal to beginners as well as those advanced quilters who do a lot of fussy cuts.
And we all know how fun fussy cuts are!
